An update on your Speed Comb Pre-Order

First, thank you.

Thank you for believing in the Speed Comb™ before it was even available. Seeing so many groomers place their trust in this idea has been incredibly humbling, and I don’t take that trust for granted.

I wanted to personally give you an update on where things stand.

Our first production run was completed and picked up by the international freight forwarder on schedule. Shortly afterward, however, the shipping container carrying the Speed Combs was selected for a customs inspection during export from China.

While inspections like this are completely outside of our control, they delayed the shipment’s departure by several weeks.

The good news is that the inspection has now been completed, the container has been released, and the freight forwarder has confirmed that the shipment is now moving. Their current estimated delivery is early August, and they’ve told us they’re expediting the shipment, customs clearance, and final delivery as much as possible.

I know waiting is never easy—especially when you’re excited to put a new tool to work.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned during my 22 years in this industry, it’s that trust is built through honest communication. I’d rather tell you exactly what’s happening than leave you wondering.

Please know that we’re following this shipment closely, and as soon as the Speed Combs arrive, your pre-order will be one of our highest priorities. We’ll continue to keep you updated along the way so you always know where things stand.
