My Order

We offer free shipping for orders over $40 in the US. This includes swaps with the StayFresh Program.

Domestic shipping is free for orders over $40 . International shipping is calculated during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information.  If your order shipped very recently, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update. 

We typically ship 24-48 hrs after a order is placed. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect to have your USPS shipment within 3 - 7 business days.

*Orders shipping internationally take a bit longer than domestic orders due to customs and local carrier delivery processing.

Depending on your country, you may also experience customs fees when retrieving your package. Please reach out to your local government to inquire on import duties & taxes before ordering. 

If you would like to cancel your order please notify the customer service team. If the order hasn't been shipped yet we will be able to cancel fulfillment. If order has already shipped, we can send you a return label and it will be deducted from your refund.

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FRESH has a 14-day return policy, from date of purchase. You are welcome to try out your tools within this 14 day period. If you find that within this time frame that our tools are not what you expected, or you would simply like to exchange for a different model; please reach out to our customer service team via email info@freshshears.co  and we will get you taken care of. 

Please keep in mind our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incidentals, improper care, or sharpening within these 14 days. Howeverour StayFresh Program makes it easy to replace your tools should any of the aforementioned situations arise. 

Non-returnable items: Comb attachments, shear cases, brushes/combs, accessories or clothing merchandise.

STAYFRESH PROGRAM RETURNS

Orders (trade in/swaps) from our StayFresh Program do not constitute as a new purchase and thus cannot be returned.  Upon receiving your swap, you have a 3-day window to let us know if the item is not working properly and you need a replacement. 

If you are signed up for the StayFresh Subscription you will receive a notification email prior to the order being automatically placed. If you need to cancel or skip this cycle please reach out to us immediately so we can cancel the order before being shipped. If you receive a order unknowingly you can send back the unused item for a refund. Please reach out to us for a return label and this will be deducted from your reimbursement.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

At the moment, we only offer returns, exchanges, and replacements for domestic orders and cannot accommodate international orders. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. 

If you’d like to return your order you can email customer service at info@freshshears.co. Returns are eligible within 14 days of purchase (unless international orders).

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay.

You have 1 exchange available for new purchases on shears and blades.

Yes! Your Fresh Shears come with a warranty for any manufacturer defects that may hinder performance. Please keep in mind our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incidentals, improper care, or sharpening.

If you placed an order for a wrong item please let our customer service team know. You may be subject to shipping charges to resend out the correct items. If we made an error during fulfillment we will happily reship at no charge.

*Incorrect/invalid addresses will be charged to reship if the package is returned to us.

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the 3rd party shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL) and the customer. Please reach out to your carrier if you are having a hard time locating the delivery.

StayFresh Program

If you have logged in and don't see your tools on your dashboard to swap please reach out to customer service. More than likely your items were purchased at a trade show and we will need to get your subscription set up on the backend.

When checking out, you have the option to set your shears & blades on the StayFresh program. It is a subscription based program that allows you to swap for new tools when it comes time to sharpen. No more scheduling the sharpener or being without your tools!

We send out your replacements first with a prepaid return envelope to send back your used tools.

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every 2, 3, 4 months for blades or 6, 8, 10 months for shears; depending on the frequency you selected during your initial purchase. If you want to modify, change the date of your next order, skip your next order, or cancel your subscription, log into your account on our website. Once you’re logged in, click on ‘Manage Stayfresh’ and select the subscription you’d like to update.

To make any changes to your subscription, log into your account on our website and select ‘Manage StayFresh Program’.

  1. ADD A PRODUCT - The Subscription page will present items that you can “Add One-Time” for an additional charge. 
  2. CHANGE FREQUENCY - Under the see more options button, click “Subscription Frequency” to manage how frequently you’d like to receive replacements. Options include every 2, 3, 4, months for blades and 6, 8, 12 months for shears.
  3. CHANGE SHIPPING DATE - Under the "See more options" button, look at the box that says “Next order”. Select the button that says reschedule. A calendar will pop up for you to select the date you’d like to your next shipment to ship out. Once you’ve selected your desired shipping date, click “Update Shipping Date”. 
  4. SPLIT ORDER - Under 'Manage Stayfresh", click on which subscription cycle you need to split. You will select the reorder button and it will prompt on what items you would like to reorder.
  5. SKIP ORDER - Under 'See more Options', there is a button to “Skip Cycle”. You can then delay your replacement.  Please be sure to select this option before 11:59 PM the day before the order is scheduled to ship.
  6. PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION You have the option to pause your StayFresh Program by selecting the "See more Options" button. Under this tab you will find the products you would like to pause. Please select the button at bottom of the page that says "Pause StayFresh Program".
  7. CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION You can cancel your program at anytime by selecting 'Cancel StayFresh" button.

Even if you have previously purchased you'll need to set a password before you can login.

A confirmation email will be sent, and once clicked will take you to your account.

When we ship out your swap order it will include a prepaid envelope to send back the used tools. Please take the new tools out of the box and place the used items back in box to ship back.

*You cannot keep the blade or shear boxes on swap orders. You maybe charged for this box replacement.

Yes, you will receive a reminder email 1 day before your swap order is processed and shipped.

While we don't have a formal gifting option at this time, you can set up a subscription using the recipient's email and shipping address, but use your credit card information when checking out the purchase. 

We get that subscriptions aren't for everyone. That's why we offer a buy now, one time purchase option on every product when checking out. The benefit of a subscription is a you never need to remember to re-order or be without your tools!

It is free shipping unless it is an international order.
